Easy to install, waterproof and dirt-resistant, stable explanation, dimension mark, multi-color optional, one-piece molding, smooth lines, full appearance, durability, strong weather resistance, easy to clean.
The material is HDPE plastic, which is hot-pressed by a molding machine, and has multiple colors. It is suitable for gymnasiums, large conference venues, entertainment venues, canteens, fast food restaurants, indoor and outdoor, and can be fixed with optional brackets.
The seat is made of high-density polyethylene as raw material and is made by the international advanced hollow blow molding process (imported equipment is preferred), and it is required to have good weather resistance and aging performance.
The seat adopts rear suspension or rear floor installation. The seat support is made of cold-rolled steel plate stamping and forming (thickness not less than 2mm), the hanging or floor type bracket is fastened to the cement step by expansion bolts, and the fixed bracket is made of high-quality, high-light aluminum alloy die-casting (the net weight of a single piece is not low 690g), after the surface is polished, the electrostatic spraying process is used for anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment, so that the surface quality and corrosion resistance of the product can be guaranteed to the utmost extent. Fastened on the steps with special fasteners, each fastener can withstand a tensile force of 1500kgf (C25 concrete). The seat fixings are not exposed. The seat connecting beam is made of two steel pipes with an outer diameter of φ33.5mm (wall thickness not less than 2.2mm), with heads at both ends, and the surface is hot-dip galvanized.
Seat color: computerized color matching, bright colors, and brisk colors. In the process of seat production, the added color stabilizer ensures that the color of the seat is durable and bright, and the color consistency of the seat reaches 95% within five years. Appearance color discoloration rating test conducted by the national furniture inspection center, the inspection result is qualified.
