1. The design, shape and installation method of the seat should meet the international general requirements. It should be beautiful in appearance, comfortable in seating, and easy to install, maintain and manage. The seat curve is naturally round and smooth, the surface is smooth and smooth, and the sitting feeling is comfortable. It conforms to the principle of seat ergonomics, and the overall installation effect is beautiful and generous.
2. The seat is made of high-density polyethylene as raw material and is made by the international advanced hollow blow molding process (imported equipment is preferred), and it is required to have good weather resistance and aging performance.
3. The seat adopts rear suspension or rear floor installation. The seat support is made of cold-rolled steel plate stamping and forming (thickness not less than 2mm), the hanging or floor type bracket is fastened to the cement step by expansion bolts, and the fixed bracket is made of high-quality, high-light aluminum alloy die-casting (the net weight of a single piece is not low 690g), after the surface is polished, the electrostatic spraying process is used for anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment, so that the surface quality and corrosion resistance of the product can be guaranteed to the utmost extent. Fastened on the steps with special fasteners, each fastener can withstand a tensile force of 1500kgf (C25 concrete). The seat fixings are not exposed. The seat connecting beam is made of two steel pipes with an outer diameter of φ33.5mm (wall thickness not less than 2.2mm), with heads at both ends, and the surface is hot-dip galvanized.
